Change Leadership

Star Hitchers will design web-based applications that guide a client’s own project to assure high fidelity to implementation, track progress, and evaluate results. Star Hitchers also provides training for states, districts, and schools using the Indistar system in its improvement process.

• Indistar Coach’s Academy is a two-day training for coaches (and their supervisors) supporting the work of district or school teams with the Indistar improvement process. Upon completion of the training and the year-long series of webinars and consultations, the participant is recognized as a Certified Indistar Coach.
  
  
• Indistar District Academy for superintendents and district teams (including school board representatives) is a two-day training followed by webinars and consultations. The program equips the team to make full use of Indistar in directing district improvement. Upon completion of the training and year-long follow-up, the district is recognized as a Certified Indistar District.
  
  
• Indistar School Academy for principals and school Leadership Teams is a two-day training followed by webinars and consultations. The program equips the team to make full use of Indistar in directing school improvement. Upon completion of the training and year-long follow-up, the school is recognized as a Certified Indistar School.
